"The room was clean and spacious! Linens were very nice and the beds very comfortable! The property grounds were beautiful with palm trees with areas to sit and socialize. The pool was beautiful with fountains and a hot tub. The property was so lovely it’s unfortunate that property management allowed items that should have been trashed to remain on the premises. The chair in our room needed to be reupholstered; the life ring at the pool was torn and two if the chaise chairs were faded and torn. These items took away from an exceptional experience."

"We rented this room because it was advertised with a spa bath which is a Jacuzzi. It indeed has a Jacuzzi but did not work. I called the office and was rudely told it doesn’t work and never worked and that is clear on the app. Expedia does not disclose this spa bath is inoperable. Also, the toilet seat was broken. No bodywash in the dispenser. Had to wash with shampoo. This is advertised as the honeymoon room. Lord forbid anyone who rents this for a honeymoon. We wish to be compensated for the inconvenience. We were told we had to call the owner in California who never visits the property. Hot tub outside by the swimming pool was empty too. Total disappointment. "

"Breakfast was good. Wish they could keep it hotter. Pretty cold before you can eat it Room air conditioner very loud. Will definitely keep you awake cutting on and off Beautiful place on the water. Convenient to everything in area "

"Parking was good. Need to have breakfast by 6:00 AM. People staying at the hotel go fishing before 7:00 AM."

"First time in this area and I would definitely stay at this place again. From what I can tell, it’s one of the newer hotels with a nice small gym, great little pool area with two gas grills that were in great shape. The staff was super friendly and it was conveniently located to the dock where we met our fishing guide the next day. There is also a H-E-B grocery store close by. "

"nothing at all like it was described in the description, couldn't go inside to check in I had to check in through a window outside,the office was pretty much closed my entire stay, had to pay a $50 deposit that I still haven't got back , lady at the desk said it takes 48 hours so we will see, don't understand what the deposit was for the room I stayed in needed a lot of tlc, says free wifi but there was no wifi, the room was very unclean, bathtub needs to be bleached had to buy cleaner to clean before I would take a shower, under the bed looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in months, mini fridge definitely hadn't been cleaned in a while, I had no choice but to stay there because I couldn't afford to pay for another hotel room because they wouldn't let me cancel my stay and get my money back, this hotel was not worth the money they charged me to stay there, not to mention people were up outside partying until 4 am being loud and the hotel staff allowed it"
