Common areas not cooled as it was summer, ac in room not on nor the windows covered by curtains to help contain the heat. I pulled the shears and drapes and turned the ac on high… thankfully ..."

"Very old and dingy. Floor was soaking wet upon arrival. No conditioner in the shower. Breakfast bar was filthy. 3 trash cans were all overflowing. And I can’t imagine there were that many people there that morning to cause that. The whole place was just… gross."
