"Great location"

"There is only 1 elevator and it was out of order. Luggage and baggage had to be carried up and down 3 sets of stairs."

"Out of four days the only housekeeping done was towles brought in once. No little amenities like hair dryer, shampoos . Cigarette butts outside. Beds very loud and creaky. Can hear people through the walls. Couch was old and needed a bad shampooing. Check in was very easy and owner/ manager was good at messaging."

"The hotel does not have a hot tub. Manager said they told Expedia to no avail. Front desk manager is very friendly and assisted me to resolve duplicate booking issue with Expedia. Very good breakfast options with fresh fruits. Coffee and tea at lobby all day long."

Called the check in number and was helped by a very understanding person who made it possible to stay that night. After a long day of traveling this was a wonderful outcome.
