The rooms were clean, comfortable and had lovely amenities - especially the shampoo and body wash which they make. We had a delicious dinner on the property and enjoyed using the games/cards available. Breakfast was equally delicious. The staff was extremely kind and helpful with arranging a car service for us back to Hanoi. Could not recommend Anans home enough, wish we could stay longer! "

"Pool was under maintenance so was closed. Restaurant food was ok. However, if you eat as a couple, dont expect both main courses to arrive at the same time! My partner's main course arrived after I had finished eating mines!! Breakfast was ok. Same same. Nothing spectacular. There's the fried rice, fried noodles, and your typical Western style od sausages, bacon, pastries."

We called the number on the desk but she declined the call. We sent a message to say we were at the reception. She liked it but did not reply. We had to assume the receptionist was the person sleeping not far from the reception once we saw her. > Motorbike rental Don't go there if you want to travel alone - They are not flexible and refuse half day rent or to give you a motorbike early in the morning so that you can avoid the police bribe at the exit of the city. We were forced to leave with a group at 9am before paying the bribe and then breaking from the group > Food The kitchen is said to close at 8:30 but it was actually closed at 8:15. The staff was still there but we were declined to order food because the staff already cleaned the kitchen. They offered a frozen pizza if we wanted. > Charge We were charge an extra night despite paying everything before check-in on hotel.com.
