"The toilet was so high up i couldn't do a sh*t. I'm six foot tall, but when I was sat on the toilet my feet were not touching the ground. "All my confirmation information said this facility was in Edinburgh — it was in Glasgow!! When I called the person all he did was say people were happy staying there. When I explained the situation he didn’t care and he still charged me!! I spent 3 hours in Waverley station looking for an Edinburgh hotel at twice the cost and now I need to make a claim to get my money back"

"The Bothy is a great find. Intimate space ideal for a couple that would suit a small family too. Bothy was spotless. Some nice walks nearby and interesting spots a short drive away. The hot tub is really welcoming on a cold evening."
