"We love this place. It is all part of the package of visiting Old Trafford. Waking up every morning and seeing Manchester United in lights was the cherry on top of the experience. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay especially the person who checked in and gave suggestions of what to visit in Manchester."

Why the app was not used first I do not know. To make it worse Expedia staff lied to the reason saying there was 'maintenence'. The first call late Wednesday after on, I could not understand the operators English and asked for contact via the Web page/app or an email. The email which was sent asked me to ring a US number....

"If you’re looking for a cheap stay I recommend this listing. I was travelling with 5 friends to Manchester to meet up with other friends and this location was perfect for distance from the city centre. About £12/13 in an uber. The communication could have been better for us but in the end it was fine. The most important part was it was clean and comfortable.
