"Odor while walking in the corridor could be improved."

"Pleasant surprise after reading poor reviews prior to booking. Room was clean. It was a quiet the 2 nights I was there. Seems that the Inn was recently renovated. Staff was courteous. Inn was 5 to 10 minutes away from restaurants. And nearby Fitchburg."

"Nice new hotel in Northborough. Friendly efficient front staff. The room was clean but a little sterile. Some stains on the comforter that was a little off putting—no duvet. Not your typical Hilton pillows. Nice breakfast and good coffee with oat milk option. Nice place if you need to stay in the area for a short trip."

"Served its purpose and wasn’t ridiculously priced. Not a four or five star but decent. Clean, bed was comfortable. Shower was adequate."

"House was beautiful. Room and facilities were spotless. The hosts were brilliant as well. I’d missed going out for dinner in the area so they kindly made me an excellent grilled cheese sandwich. And when they realised I’d be walking half an hour the next day to my next stop, even dropped me off. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. If I’m ever back in the area I’ll be staying here."

"Staff were very friendly and tried their best to help customers. The property is in much need of updating. They can start by cleaning the carpets in the halls and rooms. Power went off on my check out day, that's wnen I learned they don't have a back up generator for power outages. Never have I experienced a property of that size not having a generator. Well...maybe they did, just in need of repairs like the rest of the place. Will stay elsewhere on future trips."

"Mostly nice, although we did notice a small stain on the comforter during the last night. I also wish they would provide complimentary water bottles in the room. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay."

"Ice machine didn’t work, rooms were run down, beds were so uncomfortable and the place was a dump. Luckily we didn’t have to shower because it was full of mold. Paid $200 to stay there and NEVER AGAIN would I even think about it"

"Room was spotless! Only problem for me (being somewhat disabled) the bed was too high and I had trouble getting into bed."

"Staff gave me a hard time about and made me pay extra to check in early. The room was disgusting. Floor was sticky and covered covered in crumbs. If I didn't need more then a few hours of sleep before an overnight shift, I would've walked right out and asked for a refund."
