We had a standard apartment (308) with a comfortable king size bed, small seating area and good size kitchen. The bathroom was well designed and luxurious like the whole apartment. Cons: paper thin walls mean you can hear even quiet conversations in the room next door. You'll also almost certainly need earplugs to sleep as there's a lot of noise outside too.
