"The hotel being based in the tropical environment whilst also being on the beach was incredible, and the wildlife was a real experience to be around. The staff were super friendly and helpful and drop you off around the resort on the shuttle buggy’s which is helpful where it is quite hilly! The rooms and general hotel are tired so wouldn’t say this standard would be a 5 star and does need a wide scale refurbishment. "From the moment you arrive you feel like royalty! The staff are so wonderful, friendly and helpful and I loved the gong being rung as I arrived , the delicious drink and sweet . The entire property was exquisite. Our room was gorgeous, spotless , spacious and had a wonderful view of the sea . The breakfast buffet one of the best I’ve had . We really loved the Champagne Saber every evening- such a luxurious and unique touch .we tried all the restaurants and bars and loved them All"
