"We have just returned from a wonderful stay at The Danna. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel incredibly welcome. From the porters, concierges & reception team to housekeeping, the F&B staff & the Resort Manager, everyone was professional, warm & cheerful, & nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Remarkably staff appeared to know which room we were staying in, how long we had been there & even how much time remained of our holiday. We were made to feel very special, something we saw being extended to all guests throughout our stay. We're not usually ones for any fuss, but all the thoughtful touches were delivered so discreetly and naturally that it simply enhanced the experience. Our room (419), a Grand Marina View room, was exceptionally spacious & comfortable, with a king-size bed, armchairs, dressing table, two wardrobes, plenty of storage, a large balcony & a large bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in rain shower & double sinks. We also appreciated the daily replenishment of filtered water, Nespresso pods & TWG tea bags, along with delicious gluten-free sweet treats to accommodate a dietary requirement. Housekeeping was outstanding throughout (with special thanks to Karmila, Fatin & Amim for their excellent service). The restaurants were all superb & catered for allergens very well; staff awareness & knowledge of ingredients made us feel confident we were in safe hands.
