"Hotel ini adalah hotel yang sangat mewah dengan interior mewah bak layaknya istana. Hotel juga masih sangat baru berdiri tahun 2015. Servis sangat memuaskan, dengan sistem buttler di setiap lantai. Welcome snacks yang sangat unique menaruh hotel ini sekelas diatas Shangrilla... Walaupun pantainya bukanlah yg terbaik namun saya sangat menganjurkan hotel ini bagi orang yang mengutamakan kemewahan dan servis. Karena itulah yang akan anda dapatkan ;)"

"Hotel ini berada di daerah yang lebih sepi dibandingkan dengan pantai Cenang.Tapi, di sekitar hotel banyak restoran dan kafe. Berjalan kaki ke Pantai Tengah hanya 3 menit. Orang ke-3 dalam satu kamar tidak dikenakan biaya tambahan dan hotel sangat baik dengan meminjamkan air-mattress. Dengan adanya sebuah pool table, lobbynya terasa happening dan memberikan aktivitas extra yang tidak terdapat di hotel lain."

"I would absolutely stay here again. The breakfast was tasty with an excellent variety. The room was clean and I loved the lighting options which maybe sounds silly but after a long day it helped to wind down. Every staff I encountered was kind and helpful. The international plug was a nice surprise. Steps away are some food options and a convenience store. The property was close to the airport and away from the high traffic areas which is my preference during a vacation. "
