"The hotel was not able to honor my booking-- the rooms we booked were not available . No manager was on the site and the only staff who was there was not able to validate our Expedia booking. Alternate rooms they suggested were terrible. We ended up securing rooms in a different facility. "

Can't understand why more people do not stay here.Lovely swimming pool; not large but great for cooling down so if you've not tried this place, give it a go. "Staff very helpful, check-in was ok but we were allocated a wrong room that was not executive room. I went back to the receiption to let them know and the excuse was that they was a glitch with the system. they immediately moved us to the executive room that we initially paid for via Expedia. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the window had no daylight. "Was okay There is no airport shuttle as advertiser. My sheets eere ripped and the balɛony door did not work. The staff kept telling me they cant do anything my host had to sort it but that wasnt made clear and i didnt hear from her sometimes."

"Stayed at Urbano Hotel recently and honestly had a really good experience. The hotel has a fresh vibe to it and you can feel that the new management is trying to take the place to another level. My room was super comfortable, everything was clean, and the breakfast was actually really nice. Staff was very welcoming and helpfull. For the price, it was definitely worth it and I’d happily stay there again next time I’m in Accra."
