The beds were firm enough to provide support but also soft enough that you felt like you’re sleeping on a marshmallow. It was super comfortable! "As soon as you walk in you feel you are in an upscale hotel. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is easy to navigate. We particularly loved, the pool, the hot tub, the sauna room. There is also inside access to the Rideau Mall. "Great place. I have stayed here before a few times. They have had a few renos over the years. Parking is underground, but only valet. The staff are always very helpful, courteous, and friendly. There is a very nice indoor pool and well appointed gym. So, so convenient to everything including Parliament Hill"

"The hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes walk from the Confederation Park and Rideau Canal where the Winterlude Festival was held. The room was modern, clean and spacious. It had 2 queen sized beds and a very large bathroom. Initially we thought parking would be a problem because the hotel was located in downtown Ottawa. It turned out that street parking was free overnight. Overall, my family and I had a pleasant stay and would recommend to anyone traveling to Ottawa for sightseeing."
