"When I first walked into this building it was dark. It was very strange. You are greeted by a guy on the computer kiosk, there’s no in person staff that greet you. It felt off so we were very hesitant to stay and thought about cancelling because we felt it was very sketchy. We went to go check out our room which was on the third floor. The elevator is broken so you have to climb up the stairs and the stairs are awful. My legs were shaking going up and down the stairs and I’m fully capable of doing stairs. I will not stay here again unless the elevator is fixed. We ended up staying and the night. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The tv worked fine, it was nice to have some streaming services available to watch movies on and the temperature in the room felt comfortable. The location being next to the train which wakes you up at 5 am when it goes by was a bit annoying. But, we enjoyed our stay after becoming comfortable in the environment and found that the notes in the wall were a nice homey touch. We would come back in the future if the elevator was fixed. But other than that and being a bit spooked in the beginning by how off the building looked inside, it was a pleasant stay. Thanks! "

"Arrived at 10pm- check in was quick. Parking lot was dark- would have been beneficial to have lights on in the back. Was told there was would a hot breakfast. (One of the reasons we booked here) breakfast was disappointing- cereal and a couple of bagels. Not hot. Ended up spending 40.00 at a restaurant (Lincoln Garden restaurant was good if a recommendation is needed!) When we checked out the lobby smelled like marijuana. Staff was friendly."

"The hotel was updated/new , the room was clean and neat. The staff was great , it’s close to everything you would need. The hallway kept getting dirty with mud because of some blue collar workers , but they kept up with it. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the elevator was out of order , I was on the 3rd floor. I was there for 4 nights so you’d figure it would’ve been fixed in that time. But still , i would recommend it , I’d stay there again. I was there to take a course at the nearby college. I recommend it."

"Staff was nice, room was clean, and breakfast was good. Location was convenient for restaurants and shopping. Rooms are in need of serious updating and renovation. Bathroom fixtures were very old and dated. Furniture also very worn out. Pool and hot tub were out of service for our two day stay."

"Nice clean safe and located perfectly. Lots space to congregate in common areas for groups or families. I didn’t stay for breakfast but the common area was the breakfast area too. Looks like they put out a good one.."
