"Had a brilliant stay. Room and bathroom was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds pillows soft. Got upgraded to a room with side sea view and that made the difference to have a view - not all rooms do. Kettle, steamer (on request), shower gel/body lotion in bathroom - lacking tea variety in the rooms and we asked for fresh milk. Half board was good value, varied and great quality. Staff were knowledgable and welcoming. Spa was small but lovely a thermal pool with jets, sauna and steam room...

"The property was beautiful. It was easy to maneuver if you need some assistance. They did a great job making it feel that it was in a place on its own, even thought it was walking distance to everything. The breakfast was amazing, with the buffet being well spread out and/ or you can order off the à la cart menu… or both. "Wow!!! Absolutely amazing !! I’m so glad I’ve chosen this resort as an all inclusive family vacation. The location is wonderful, straight access to a gorgeous beach ( real sand not volcanic) with cute shops and restaurants on both directions left and right of the beach. The food is soooo good. Loved the restaurants and the variety. No need to reserve at restaurants except for one ( ember grill which was SOOO GOOD) love the pools and if you have kids there is one with slides that is also...

"We booked the studio, kitchenette and amenities were great. The room looks a bit smaller in real life than the photos. All studios are downstairs, I was hoping for a balcony for more privacy but it wasn’t a choice. Breakfast was great, plenty of choices. Enjoyable stay overall."

"Sehr schöne Anlage. Wir hatten zu viert eine 80m2 Villa und sie bietet sehr viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage auf Lanzarote sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist kein Nachteil, man hört und sieht die landenden Flieger, das stört aber nicht.
