"The grounds of the park were very clean, and the community hub was a great perk! However, the AC in the airstream could not keep up with the heat which meant that we couldn’t spend any of the day inside the space that we paid for. It is unfortunate when the price is not cheap and we had to leave because it got unbearably hot. Also, the hot water heater did not work and there was no water pressure so a shower inside of the airstream was impossible. They do provide community showers which is...

"Would recommend checking in prior to arriving as it is self check in and after a long day of driving, sitting at the locked front door trying to figure out the digital key was not ideal. The bar was closed and there is no pool or other amenities so I would recommend stying up the street at the more known hotels. They had pools and bars. Our room was in front of a side door that slammed behind anyone walking in or out and since there is no staff to ask for a room change, we had to deal with it....

"This is a great hotel right in the heart of Main Street Grand Junction. You can walk to multiple restaurants from the hotel. The whole hotel was well maintained and very clean. The room was very clean and the pillows and bed comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. It was also quiet at night. We were very impressed by the free breakfast. The food was great and the well stocked. The lovely lady was restocking the food and condiments as fast as you used them."
