"I loved my holiday in this hotel. The pools were clean and warm. The room was clean and spacious. The staff worked very hard and made us welcome. We enjoyed the lunch time exercise sessions in the pool. For all inclusive the food was varied enough with themed nights. Asian was the star of the show! Sometimes the waits were rather long for lunch in the pool bar, but this was ok. My only gripe is poor behaviour of some guests putting towels on loungers early and hardly using the space they had stopped other people enjoying & people putting their stuff on bar tables at lunch time then going off for a swim."

"Hotel amazing great facilities. Toilets round pool area many did not have door locks or were smashed glass which was not I. Keeping with the rest of the hotel . Unfortunately not all bar and restaurant staff were polite and were quite rude which when working in hospitality is disappointing as all other staff amazing and welcoming and helpful. Duty manager Miriam was amazing . Despite some of the staffs attitude would still return as had a brilliant holiday."

"An absolute gem of a hotel! This is such a unique property with an absolutely gorgeous botanical garden. Even from the moment you walk into the lobby, you are greeted by spacious, beautifully decorated interiors and a wonderful view. The staff here are incredibly nice and welcoming.
