"amenities didn’t work, such as blow dryer, etc. No smoking 100% property, however the front desk ladies are vaping INSIDE as i’m checking in."

"The place was great with amazing views, clean, and helpful staff. Only giving 4 stars because there is no air conditioning (a big fan was provided) and no elevator (we were on 3rd floor and there for a wedding so lots of stuff to carry up 3 flights of stairs but staff was eager to help carry some stuff). Also, the sea lions can get a little loud at night. Overall enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious, big kitchen area, and clean."

"We were so pleasantly surprised about everything, especially the proprietors Dave and Joyce. This property is a typical, old 1950s Motor Inn on the old Camino Real. Make no mistake, it is not near the beach, but it has an intended “surfers vibe” and sits right on the Green line of the free San Clemente trolley line that runs every 15 minutes to the Califino Beach or the San Clemente pier and all points in between. "Raised in Oceanside so it’s good to come back to visit and find a little mom and pop shop that still exists and represents old O’side. Amit and his wife were amazing and accommodating. Location is central to both Cbad and O’side access to great beaches! BOOK and ENJOY!"

"One night stay in the Newport room. Nice quiet property in a good location. Room was clean & comfortable. Check-in was easy & not seeing any staff was not a problem. Room was warm and a little musty smelling upon 1st entering at 8p, the provided fans were needed. Queen bed was soft and bouncier than our preference."

"I only wish we could have stayed longer! We stayed Memorial Day and didn’t bring one thing for the beach since they had everything there! My son said he “never had so much fun at the beach”. Being able to walk out to the beach with the only hurdle of the stairs down/up was perfect. The staff was absolutely nice and hopefully didn’t mind my son asking all my questions! (Yes, to the front desk every one was mine lol) I also definitely loved the Starbucks coffee 😂💜 We ebiked, spent many hours...
