"Enjoyed the overall experience. Rooms were generous size and restaurants were great. "

"The property was grossly overpriced! I felt like I was being nicked and dimed when I saw that my room only had two bath towels. I thought three towels were the standard. Staffing was cut back to bare bones."

"Property stunk like weed and with no AC, made it really miserable to not be able to open windows. The walls are thin so we heard the neighbors above all night long, bed was terrible and while the beach chairs/umbrellas were nice that’s about the only positive I can say. "

"We love Staying here when we visit family. The hotel has beautiful amenities and offers beautiful views of the ocean. Very walkable to good restaurants. The pool is fun and elevated. Have tried all the restaurants and enjoyed our meals. The Valle is a special treat for foodies! Will be back again early summer!!"

"It's very dated and a/c was broken. The neighborhood was not the best. They charge a $200 deposit on a 1 night stay. Couldn't buy a bottle of water, because they only took cash. "

"Staff was nice, they do allow pets but they charge a fee and a deposit. Room was nice and clean, and actually very quiet. A/C was strong, bed was pretty comfy, there were 4 pillows. Bathroom was clean, plenty of towels, there was a fridge, a hairdryer, a lock box, a coffeemaker, microwave, and TV. Really had everything i needed, and i appreciated the quiet room. It's very neat to food and the I-5 onramp. There's a little market inside for snacks during certain hours. I'd stay there again. "

"I had a long travel across the United States to California. The night I stayed there which was the 10th I checked in at that night. The guy next-door sounded like he was murdering his wife. I called the front desk. The guy said what the xxxx you want me to do about it. You said you’re the property manager here, Please take care of it because what do you want me to call the cops. "Although the room we stayed in was fairly clean, it looked outdated. Not very spacious. Very basic amenities. The entry door to the room was not flush with the jamb, leaving a gap near the bottom. You could literally see the hallway through that gap. Not very safe in my opinion considering the common area door was wide open for anyone to walk in. "Absolutely loved this hotel and our whole experience. Beautiful location, clean room, well kept up, friendly and helpful staff along with gorgeous ocean views. Walk to the village for numerous delicious dining experiences. The breakfast that you get every morning from the Hotel is out of this world delicious. We will be coming back again and again and again."
