"Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information.
My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didnât have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasnât closing well, and the safe box wasnât working during our stay.
Overall, itâs a lovely place with great potentialâjust needs a bit more attention to maintenance."
