"They exceeded my expectations on every level. The check in was quick and smooth, I used the online check in, so all they had to do was give me my keys and then they took us to our room. We had a junior suite swim out and it was outstanding, the roomnwas very clean, in good condition, and the AC worked sometimes to good. "The small adults only resort was exactly what we wanted. Not overcrowded, you could always find room at one of the 2 pools or the beach. We loved the 'Privileged' beach area with comfy beds. The staff was vigilant keeping the seaweed cleaned up. They were also very pleasant and helpful when asked. Having access to the family side shops & eateries & bars was a big plus. We enjoyed all the food from breakfast buffet to room service! Oh and the resort is completely walkable!"
