"It’s a lovely place to relax, though some elements are more impressive than others.
The Pros:

"Very lovely hotel. We came during the week so it was perfect. Clean room which is what I especially look for and comfortable beds. The amenities provided in the room are very nice. We enjoyed the heated pool and the jacuzzi as well. The aesthetic of the hotel is very beautiful."

"Property kept charging us twice for every purchase. Room, restaurant, drinks, everything. Front desk staff was no help. Manager was even worse. Kept blaming Expedia for double room charge. Expedia kept blaming the front desk. Nobody would take accountability. We were supposed to have working stove and microwave in our one bedroom suite. We didn’t, front desk manager tried to tell us the room didn’t come with one but it specifically stated on reservation it did. General manager has no clue...

"There was a huge incident the weekend I stayed there. A man tried sneaking into the girls restroom by the pool but he escaped. They couldn’t find him and the cameras near the restroom didn’t work. HUGE NEGATIVE
The room was an okay size it looked way bigger in the pictures. My A/C ran cold all through the hot weekend. To be honest it was a comfortable stay for a budget gold resort.
Staff was very helpful and friendly
Their is an Oxxo on sight and that’s super beneficial for quick snacks...
