"The staff here were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. However, the apartment itself fell short. The location is quite far from the city center. While the room overall was just okay, there was an odd smell in the rooms, and the bathroom door can’t be locked. It has potential, but the maintenance issues definitely need to be addressed."

"The property is located in a lovely part of town, and the apartment itself is quite spacious. However, our experience was heavily impacted by terrible maintenance and slow management response times.
For three days—roughly 75% of our stay—the bathroom sink was completely clogged. Despite our urgent requests for a quick resolution, the property managers took forever to respond, leaving us essentially without a usable bathroom sink. "Cela commençait dès le départ, nous avons eu un problème au niveau du chauffage, c’est-à-dire qu’il ne sait pas enclencher et qu’il a fallu attendre le contact de l’hôtel pour le déclencher à distance. Nous sommes restés plus d’une heure à attendre que le chauffage se déclenche à distance par le propriétaire et le temps que cela chauffe. Nous avons passé la fin d’après-midi et la soirée à 17°.
De plus, l’appartement était nettoyé Schuurmans, nous avons croisé les femmes de ménage sans aspirateur...
