"Beautiful room. Very large space and modern. Heated towel rack and fridge did not work on our room but we were only staying one night so just informed them at check out. Great location in a quiet area but walkable. Had a late dinner at hotel and it was good. Sauna and pool area is a nice option after a long day of exploring. Would be nice if this area was open until 10 for that very reason. "

"Beautiful hotel, 1st class amenities, great food, attentive staff in lobby and restaurant. I would give this 5 stars but we had a bag of small items and jewelry we had purchased at gift shops stolen from our room (probably cleaning staff) leaving the experience tainted."

"Gute zentrale Lage, tagsüber laut da direkt an einer Hauptstraße, aber nachts kein großer Lärm. Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Frühstücksraum, sondern Frühstück gibt es im direkt angrenzenden Restaurant. Das Frühstück war okay, aber die Auswahl relativ überschaubar. Am Abreisetag beim Check-Out saßen 2 Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, waren aber beide nicht sehr freundlich und wenig hilfsbereit bei der Frage nach der Gepäckaufbewahrung. Insgesamt wegen Lage und Zimmer zu empfehlen."

"Nice neighborhood shops as well as tube station nearby, the bathroom unfortunately smells like mold, also it’s quite frustrating that you must decide the day before what time you’ll have breakfast and your options were limited."

"I did not get the room I booked which was one of the more expensive rooms. They moved me to the room I booked the following day but not until 5 pm and I was leaving at 4 am, so the suite with terrace was not worth the price. NO UPGRADE OR compensation for the hassle and inconvenience other than 2 drinks on the house. The Nespresso maker was outfitted with knock off pods which tasted like cigarette ashes. Fortunately, I had the genuine Nespresso pods in my suitcase. Is that even legitimate….did...
