"The value for the room with 2 beds was excellent for our football weekend. All staff was very helpful including front desk for check in, Bell Desk for helping with luggage, and parking attendants who retrieved my vehicle very quickly each time we left the hotel for other activities. Also really enjoyed the food court and Dunkin' Donuts for good coffee each morning. And nice to have the room cleaned each day without having to request housekeeping service a day in advance. "The room was really nice. The only problem was the air conditioner was VERY loud. I contacted the engineering dept to fix it but it was not fixed during the stay. Further, during the three nights of our stay we were not brought towels or the room was not refreshed. For the most part we were very busy during our stay since it was a business trip and were not in the room a lot, therefore it was not a huge deal and why my rating was on the high side.
