"NO amenities. “Upgraded?”…..where? But, you get what you pay for I guess."

"Everything in the room fridge costs $ Sensors bill you even if you just move or touch an item. Food is excellent but pricey. No amenities in room: lotion or other things you would expect from an upscale hotel. Gamblimg here is more high roller oriented Hotel is very clean and well maintained Check in is long lines And not available until 4pm Up charge to check in just one hour sooner Resort fee is irritating and unnecessary"

"Sahara was an excellent property if you'd like a hotel that's on the strip but a bit removed from the high energy hustle and bustle. We chose the Sahara because we knew it had been recently renovated and it felt very fresh and current compared to other properties we visited on the Strip. We stayed in the Mara tower and the rooms were comfortable and fairly clean. The restaurants on the property were good and priced on par with other restaurants on the Strip. Having direct access to the monorail was a huge perk, too. No self check-in kiosks, but the line moves quick if you arrive a few hours after check-in begins. We'd happily stay here again!"

"Changed my reservation from Pyramid King to Dual queen, and they called an free upgrade. I don't know what was the upgrade, in fact it was a downgrade!!"

"The bathroom was out of conditioner and body wash. We requested more but did not get it until our last night there. We requested additional towels and they were brought to us quickly. There were no trash bags in the cans to replace bags we took out because they were full. The restaurant was “out” of several menu items. Starbucks was amazing! The pool area was great and staff there was very welcoming. The upper area where McDonalds is was smelly and nasty; looked and smelled like feces on the wall. I like staying at the Strat but the experience this time just felt different and not as welcoming."
