The two bedroom was actually two separate units with a foyer area that you could close and lock so you can leave your two doors open. The bad part is there is a hallway light by the two doors that you cannot turn off, so it blared into the rooms the entire time. Hard to sleep. The room was barely clean. There were dirty socks from a previous tenant at the foot of the bed and some of the surfaces still had some crumbs on them.

Nothing was correct and the website is incorrect. They didn’t allow my in laws to check in even though I notified week in advance. Paid for a PH floor and never got it because the vendor and hotels can’t figure out how to work together and none of the systems are linked. I can’t recommend staying with this StripViewSuites.

Suites are nice because it has 2 bedrooms but place is outdated. Also I rented 2 suites but it never specified the tower. I had to split my family into 2 different towers.

Quite a few things were wrong. One, the lazy river, we made our final choice on where to go based on this availability. The river was closed for the season one day prior to our arrival. That would have been good to know. prior to booking. The room I selected was not available due to some issue. I was offered a refund option, but I purchased under a no refund policy, so I didn't believe that was a true option. I was told we would be compensated for it and so far, even after multiple inquiries, still no compensation. Three days after we left and still no compensation! One of the sliding glass doors to one of the rooms would not secure, fortunately, there was not immediate safety issue after a better inspection of the door to an adjacent room off the balcony. We lost hot water twice during our stay. I'm amazed at the huge cleaning fee, but there was evidence left in the room from the previous tenant that the cleaning staff missed. It was a strand of Marti Gra beads. Now I know people can get them at other times, but if that was an indicator of when the last tenant was there, that was an extremely long time ago and is evidence of a lack of care in the housekeeper's duty. The MGM Staff was great and quickly attended to us when they could do such. Those times when I had to reach out to you guys, it was slow and unresponsive responses. Overall, it was a terrible experience and we didn't even stay the final night and I would not recommend your location to anyone.

I booked a 3-night stay in a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom Penthouse. Cons: One of the bathrooms developed a serious plumbing issue during our stay. The sink stopped draining and gave off a strong odor. After maintenance attempted to fix it, the problem actually became worse, and the sink filled with black sludge. It made using that bathroom unpleasant for the remainder of the trip. In the second unit, my family experienced issues with the toilet flushing properly and also had no hot water. We reported these problems, but they were not resolved during our stay. Pros: Rooms were clean on arrival. The property is about a 15–20 minute walk to the Strip. Customer service responded quickly to emails and calls.

The 2 bedroom suite was amazing. Literally 2 separate rooms each with living space that includes kitchenette. The bathroom is spacious. The strip is a short walk away or if you prefer an uber to take you around. Everyone was friendly and I can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful rooms! Clean and safe. 2 pools open during stay. One closed but were able to go to MGM pools. Unfortunately all the beds were horrible. Could feel the springs. Our whole party didnt sleep well. Everthing else was good. Small food place tower 2 where we stayed closed early so never had time to eat there.

My experience started before i actually checked in. They booked me as a 2 bedroom suite, but charged me for 2 separate rooms. SVS Signature charged me 2 separate $300 dollar deposits for each room, which they did not specify in their policy information on the website. They only say that they "may" charge additional charges at the hotel and you only find out after you book. They are completely shady with their practices. They charge for EVERYTHING. In fact the additional fees and charges caused for my trip to be very disappointing, because not being able to pay for and experience everything that i cane to experience, made it a wasteful trip. The SVS sugnature hotel is a very unprofessional and misleading hotel, even their customer service representatives were non accomodating and aggitated with me enforcing my right to quality service. The rooms were dated and had non working tvs and appliances, they suites did not come with new well maintained amenities and they charge a very hefty fee for services. I will not be staying at the SVS Signature again, as it was the worst traveling experience I've had. I lost time and money and did not enjoy the experience at all.
