Been to the resort several times now & have always enjoyed our stay. Rooms have been renovated & as always rooms have been clean & comfortable. Pool is great with water slides, good times with our grandson. Like mentioned, been to the resort several times but never had such a great greeting as we checked in. The young lady was super nice & welcoming

Significant failures included: • Facility Closures: The water slides were closed for the duration of our stay, and the pools were inaccessible for the majority of our visit. These are the primary features used to market this property. • Unreasonable Restrictions: My children were repeatedly prohibited from playing with toys in the common areas, which was not disclosed and contradicts the "family-friendly" branding. Food and beverages could not be accommodated for in the pool area, yet they allowed restaurant food and beverages. • Lack of Basic Service: Housekeeping and room service failed to attend to our room. When maintenance did arrive, the room was not properly cleaned or maintained. • Hostile Environment: We were met with consistent rudeness from the front desk, lifeguards , and maintenance staff. As guests, we felt unwelcome rather than hosted. We paid for a resort experience that was simply not provided.

Clean room, close proximity to National Parks, pool was closed two of the three late afternoons during our stay looked like staffing issues but once the weekend hit all pools were open. Not everyone wants to swim with the kids when they’re to relax during the week. Over all the property was nice and clean.

Limited parking depending on room size was inconvenient and also I was nit advised of the housekeeping protocol to get our room cleaned daily! A nice place overall but a few things that caused my stay to be a bit exhausting.

Very disgusted when we opened up the bedding bag for the pull out couch bed and there was a urine stain on the mattress cover that smelled like urine. The hotel brought a fresh bag of bed coverings right away and took the dirty ones. We were not pleased with this experience. The hotel outdoor amenities were very nice and we enjoyed the pool. The restaurant and breakfast we had there was excellent and the waitress was great.

Room wasnt ready. So we got down graded. Was told the room would be ready next day, someone would contact us to get put in our room we booked and it never happened. Comped us breakfast to make up for it. Wasnt thrilled. But owell. Pool closes at 6. Should be open later.

This was hands down one of the most disgusting and frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When we first walked in, the bathroom sink had pubic hair in it—clearly nothing had been cleaned. The mattress cover was ripped, so we were basically sleeping directly on a bare mattress, which is honestly unacceptable. The bedding situation was just as bad: two thin sheets and a tiny blanket that wasn’t even meant for real sleeping. We were freezing all night. The bathroom was so dirty I ended up cleaning it myself. When I ran the tub, it filled with what looked like dead skin and grime. It was absolutely revolting and obvious the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. The pool situation was a mess too. One day wa was warm, the next it was ice cold with no reason or schedule. Every time we went to swim, there were no towels available—three separate times—and we kept getting the same excuse about waiting on a mgr. That’s not an excuse when guests are standing there needing basic things. To make it worse, a lifeguards was literally falling asleep while watching a busy pool. If something had happened, it could have been bad. The experience only got worse from there. A maintenance worker was blowing dirt and leaves and saw me trying to stay out of his way. Instead of being courteous to a guest. He yelled to stop right there. when I tried to go around. I moved completely out of his way and he still screamed at me to come, then intentionally blew at me.considering filing a formal complain

The pool was the only nice feature. The rooms were dirty and very outdated. There was a hole in the wall in the bedroom. The pull out sofa bed was very worn down and dirty. The staff was very pushy for the time share. On our last day/ night we parked in the designated area at 9am went swimming all day came. We decided to home early because of the facilities. We came out to a note on our car saying our vehicle needs to be moved by 3am or would be towed. They had closed that section of the parking area to repave. Nobody told us. So that means if we didnt decided to go home early our car would have been towed. I feel sorry for all the guest that didnt know.

I do believe the staff was great, easy to work with. The room itself was older they need to replace to carpet in the hallway, and clean the patio walls, also need to clean corners better. I did find a few spider webs. Other than that I was very happy and I will be back again this summer.

My check in was for 4:00 pm. Tgey didnt have my room ready until 5:15. When we got in the room, the bed frame was broken and they had to come in and fix it. After they fixed the frame, the mattress was horrible and old. The game room is never available for kids, due to their sales presentations. This property is no longer kid friendly. I wont be returning.
