"Upon arrival there was no signage to show the entrance. You just see the hotel. Had to go down some side street and reroute around to find it. The front desk was great when we checked in. Arrive to the room and the moisture was horrible. No way to turn on vent fans. Went to sleep with moist bedding. Received a text that the room would be serviced on the 3rd day. "The hot is ok for a quick visit. The breakfast is not all that, but IHOP is right in front of the hotel. The hotel is smoke free (however guests had definitely smoked in the rooms, because it smells a lot like cigarettes. I asked for my room to be changed because of the cigarette smell, and they nicely did, but the other room smelled the same. The staff is very nice, I would not go back because is the cigarette smell. I would recommend it if you don't mind the nicotine smell."

"Let's start with the positives, the hotel is in a convenient location to Mohegan sun, and the room was spacious, after that there not much positive to say. Yes the room was clean, but the shower head being held in by caulk, the stains on the ceiling, the iron board being broken, the TV not working, are just some of the disappointing things about the hotel.
