"Breakfast was good. Property and surrounding area is beautiful. We did notice my sister who checked in immediately after us, got a completely different welcome. She was given water, was asked why she was visiting the area, was told about complimentary cookies. We got none of that. Staff seen around the property was not friendly. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. "

"The area surrounding the hotel is less than desirable, the area appears to be in the process of being redeveloped but it’s far from getting there. There were no services, groceries, liquor store, restaurants or any kind of stores close. I walked a mile round trip to get coffee in the morning.
