"Do not let the photos fool you the pool area is a big let down. Also rooms are not well maintained shower makes a loud noise throughout the night and sink constantly dripped water. The bright light was the staff who were all very kind the whole trip."

"Absolutely top notch! Location was perfect, staff and building were beautiful and in great shape, the ROOM!!! OMG perfect...small but just the home base you need to explore NYC.
