"i left my belt bag in the room but they said that it was not there i’m 100% sure that i left it in the side table of my bed. i didn’t even use that belt bag out . when i called them . they didn’t even called me back when they said that they will check, so i have to call them again. then they said that the person who clean my room was off for 2 days . now i can’t even go and check the room because they said that the room was occupied. how can i get my belt bag in the room.? The hotel’s response was to say they could not handle any refund directly and that I needed to go through Expedia. "Clean room, easy parking, great staff "

"The hotel is currently being renovated. My wife and I were upgraded from a one bedroom to a two bedroom suite so we would be away from the work being done. The two bedroom suite is set up great and would be a good choice for two couples. Everything ran smoothly, we didn't feel any disruption. This is our hotel choice every time we come to town. "AVOID: Fleabag hotel. Dirty with reddish brown splatters on the walls. A previous guest’s plastic cup with whatever was in there dried up and left for me to find. Run down, stinks, and does not feel safe. Only here because all the other rooms in town were booked. If that happens to you, just sleep outside and save $300 a night. "

"Shower was freezing cold. I called front desk, they said they’re looking to get it fixed Tuesday. My stay was for Friday night! They had me speak to their maintenance guy. Maintenance guy said let it run a bit (I ran it for 20 minutes, still not hot, not even warm). Then he said there could be other guests using shower same time (this was at 10:32pm) little concerning if other guests are affecting the water temperature. Just really bad service.
