Convenient location : close to the train station of Lausanne, walkable to the lake Leman, close to the subway to the City Center, vibrant district with restaurants, 2 groceries, boutiques and bakery. The apartment is clean, quiet, furnished with small kitchen and ustensiles. One thing is missing is the air conditioning. The fan is not enough for cooling at night during summer.

Escapade d automne

Séjour de 5 jours à Lausane, Montreux et Neuchatel, tranferts par le train, l appart étant à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la gare, pratique. On a eu la chance d'avoir un rez de jardin-terrasse

Très bien situé, propreté décevante

Il y avait un cafard dans le placard et des insectes sur le matelas. J’ai immédiatement quitté l’appartement soupçonnant la présence de punaises de lit. Je ne peux donc pas juger du confort de l’appartement mais l’emplacement me semble très central.

The stay was excellent with well equipped kitchen which gives you a cheaper option than eating out. Parking was a bit complicated and expensive and as the apartment block is built with underground parking I think that it should be included in the price.

セルフチェックインと予約時に分からず、当日現場で入館できずかなり困った。更に事前にパスポートの写真を送付しなくてはいけなかったらしく、前日までにも送られてきてない人には再連絡するなど配慮が必要だ。そのあたりが不親切。旅行者はWifiは繋がるが電話は繋がらないので、このような緊急時には対応できない。 室内は綺麗で設備も良かったが、チェックインのバタバタで疲れてしまった。

Appena arrivata ho trovato la stanza sporca come se un altro ospite fosse appena andato via. Non essendoci la reception non ho potuto fare altro che mandare una mail e aspettare. Mi hanno dato un'altra stanza per la prima notte dicendomi che poi sarei potuta tornare alla prima stanza.

Tres déçu !!!

Madame, Monsieur, A l'issue de mon séjour dans l'appartement ci-dessus référencé, je me permets de vous adresser ce courriel, pour vous faire part de mon sentiment sur la prestation fournie. En effet,je suis déçue de la réalité de l'appartement par rapport aux belles photos qui apparaissent sur votre site, et qui m'ont fait opter pour votre Etablissement. J'ai constaté les éléments suivants: -propreté limite du sol et de la salle de bains -télévision en état de dysfonctionnement, toujours pas réparé -plaque de cuisson opsolet -rideau de la porte fenêtre TRES sale(voir photo) -tête de lit écornée et sale Je trouve donc que cet appartement, que j'ai loué 732,88 euros pour nuits ne correspond pas à la prestation attendue, telle qu'elle figure sur l'annonce. C'est la raison pour laquelle je vous demande de faire un geste commercial en ma faveur, en me remboursant une partie de la somme que j'ai engagée. Dans l'attente de vous lire, je vous prie de croire, Madame, Monsieur, à l'expression de mes sentiments distingués.

Check-in process was a bit stressful - they send an email asking for your passport copy only the day before you arrive and will provide the access only after you send it - so if you miss that email you will be stuck. They also came to check the apartment already after 15.00 - the check in time. There is no lock on the door inside the apartment - so for the rest of the time you just hope no one else decided to unexpectedly come check the apartment. Also the check out time is 10.00 which is a bit unusually early.

Location est proche a la station de gare, ainsi au bord du lac Appartment bien équipé par contre pas neuf sauf la cuisine Probleme d'isolation sonore Probleme de vidange dans la salle de bain, lien entre la WC et la douche présentent un mega probleme de hygiene, pas pris de douche pendant mon séjour dans l'appartement mais dans la salle de sport dans la vicinité

Séjour sympathique à Lausanne !

Conforme à la description et aux photos, la salle de bain était un peu sale en arrivant, mais un petit coup de jet d’eau dans la douche et c’était bon. Le lit était trop ferme. Tout s’est bien passé dans l’ensemble. Dommage que le service se fasse à distance. Cependant le numéro est accessible et joignable rapidement.

Vista para o Lac Leman

O hotel fica em um edifício residencial, sem portaria, apenas com senha, a uma caminhada curta da estação porém com malas pode ser um pouco cansativa. Nosso quarto tinha uma linda vista para o Lac Leman com varanda. Uma cozinha boa, único defeito era a cama que era pequena para um casal. Pelo preço valeu a pena sim.
