"The shower was not nice. It is very small and the shower curtain rod was about to fall down. The curtain was low and blocked the drain so it got flooded a bit. The bathroom is very outdated.
On the positive side we love the amazing view from our windows. We also love the balcony with stunning views."
"A wonderful place to stay in Murren. Conveniently located 2 minutes away from the train station, with beautiful views of the mountains. Breakfast is included and will not disappoint. Unfortunately their restaurant was closed both nights we were there, didn’t get to try their dinner. Staff were helpful and very friendly. The rooms are updated and clean. One minor detail I would change is the lighting in the vanity area. Spa is included, w/ 1 steam room and 2 dry saunas, cold plunge and relaxation...

"We loved the balcony with a view of the mountains. Breakfast every morning was great. The staff were exceptional, making us feel welcome and earnestly wanting us to enjoy our stay. There was a small stash of hiking equipment we were able to borrow from since we couldn’t pack our own hiking poles. The impromptu complimentary wine and cheese tasting where we learned about the Swiss and met other guests from around the world was delightful. Would definitely stay here again!"
