"We were unexpectedly delayed en route and could find no way to check in after the early close so had to drive all the way to our final destination and beg the other hotel to let us stay at great expense. No idea why the hotel did not contact us and arrange to leave the room open. "

"We loved the decor and vibe of this place - tasteful styling, good sized bedroom and wonderfully modern en-suite bathroom. The central lounge, kitchen and diner spaces were great, we even loved the chilled music playing to give some ambience and vibe. The self serve coffee station was very welcome after a long trip, and having space in a fridge was so useful for our food. The private parking was very useful for us. "Our room looked like it had been recently decorated and updated. It was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was huge. The dining room has also had an overhaul. Breakfast was excellent. We ate dinner there a couple of nights, too, and I would recommend the steak. We were skiing in the 3 Valleys, so we rented a ski locker at Chaudanne for convenience and took the bubble up each day. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come again."

"Le réceptionniste ne nous répondait plus au téléphone pour acter une arrivée postérieure à 19h (heure de la fermeture du guichet). Il nous a dit de le réer avec un numéro de carte bleu pour une empreinte bancaire. J’étais au volant et il était 17h. Le temps de me garer pour lui communiquer le numéro, il ne nous a plus répondu malgré de nombreux appels. Il a laissé l’heure défiler jusqu’à 19h et il a fermé dans le plus grand des calmes. "Great find for our stay! Fantastic ski in ski out location. However the only reason we may not choose to come back is the ski shop is closed between 12 and 3. We found this very inconvenient. Even when we turned up at 11.40 they had locked up early. It’s not a boot room with lockers and is very basic, but serves its purpose. Otherwise perfect location for all amenities."
