"The location is great and the staff is all so nice and welcoming! The rooms are nice and clean but don't have the same level of updating as the lobby. The biggest issue here to be aware of is the parking situation. There are only a few spots in the lot and if you don't get one of them"

"There is no gift store. The breakfast was all cold items Except for the do it yourself waffle grill."

"The continental breakfast was good. Free water bottles was a nice touch. I did not like the temperature controls in the room. 68 degrees was the coolest temperature allowed, and on a hot, humid day, that is not cool enough for sleeping. Location is great -- close to theaters and restaurants and the shopping on Walnut St. As long as the room temperature doesn't bother you, I'd say go for it!"

"The hotel is in a great central location. It is directly across the street from the Reading Market, which is a delightful place to visit. From desk staff to restaurant staff, housekeeping, and even the Uber drivers everyone was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Our room was large and the bathroom had adequate counter space for toiletries. Beds were quite comfortable and the duvet covering felt luxurious to lie under. A lovely place to stay."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. My last stay was 5/26-5/29. I had to change rooms 4 times to get one that was even close to livable. There were missing pieces of LVT flooring, uncleaned floors, mold in the shower, and low-flow showerheads. The upholstered chairs had dirty arms, and the rooms had old food odors and were plainly ill-maintained. When I requested a room change, I was met with desk clerks who said they "have to ask the manager" before making a...

"Breakfast was standard hotel fare, but they did refresh it regularly. Does have an outdoor pool that I didn’t get a chance to use, but looked nice."

"I was charged a $50 bar bill to my room. I disputed the charge and was told my credit card would be credited. It has yet to be applied. I will give them a few more days, although it has been six days already. The stay was ok. Hotel room was well overpriced, over $400 per room that was a standard room. Location is very good in Old City. Staff was kind, cooperative and helpful. Probably grossly underpaid as well. Let's hope Wyndham corporate credits my card soon."
