"We had a nice stay! The rooms were nice and clean! The complimentary breakfast was a favorite of the family. Such a variety and well stocked! As well as the cookies at check in, the kids were quite peckish after our travels. The treat held them over until dinner. The staff were welcoming and very helpful! We would definitely stay again!"

"I was only at the hotel for a quick overnight airport connection layover. I chose this hotel for the airport shuttle. What I did not realize was that the shuttle starts at 0430 which was not early enough for a 0500 flight. It was an additional cost to call a Uber for a 0400 pick up. The room was comfortable enough."

"The staff was very friendly and our room was great!! The made to order omelets were good for breakfast. A few maintenance things were lacking. Only one elevator was working during our stay causing long waits for getting to your floor. We decided to take the stairs to avoid waiting, and discovered that there was no door handle on the door to get to our floor from the stairs, I had to send my kid to run around to another floor, take the slow elevator and open it for us. "When we arrived we were informed someone pooped on the pool and it was closed unsure when it would reopen. We were told we could use the outdoor pool across the street when we went over to the hotel across the street we were told they weren't affiliated with our hotel and we couldn't swim there. The ice maker was broke for over half of our stay."

"The room was mostly clean, but the mattress on the bed next to the window sags so badly that you can't sit on the side of it without falling to the floor. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles on the wall were empty & had been squeezed so much, they were dented. The lady at check-in was on her cell phone having a full conversation about finding a man "Butt-naked in the bathtub because he just got too hot". I had to stand there and listen to this conversation while trying to check...

"The staff was nice and pleasant. The breakfast was solid, but did get old after 2 days as there was zero variety day to day. Adding some more fresh fruit options or changing up the hot items would have made it better. The rooms and linens were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were remodeled at some point, but are starting to show wear. We used the pool area and found it was good. The pool deck and pool surround is in need of repair outside (broken tiles, outdoor pool ladder...
