"So far one of the best condos we have stayed. Communication with host was a five ⭐ , very prompt to respond. Karen was amazing showing us around and Kevin great hosts. The condo was very clean and cozy. Location very convenient and walking distance to 5th avenue and the beach. "

"Great hotel and extremely convenient for looking at the Coba ruins. I had an issue with my A/C unit and they moved me to a new room with no questions. The lake right outside the hotel has crocodiles (!) and we were lucky enough to spot two of them in the morning. We got to the hotel in the afternoon and went to some of local Cenote's and then went to the ruins first thing in the morning - that is the best time to do it! The hotel was very nice; the food was great and the staff was superb!"
