"Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The amenities were great, the location was excellent, and it was conveniently close to many restaurants and food options. The room was a little small, but it was very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable.
Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed with how an issue regarding breakfast was handled. I paid for an additional person’s breakfast, but the information was not updated in their system. As a result, the staff at the restaurant initially would not allow the other person to enter for breakfast. This situation was frustrating and could have been avoided with better communication between departments.
Despite this experience, the hotel’s cleanliness, amenities, and convenient location were definite highlights of my stay."
