"Breakfast was awesome but was told kitchen opens at 7pm,so unable to make orders before then. The following day,even at 7pm,I was told the only food they had was pizza and directed to a shop where I could get chicken and chips. I had food poisoning- vomited that night. The room had no intercom and I was alone so couldnt contact anyone. Thankfully,I survived the night"

"I only wish we had stayed here two nights instead of one. It is a beautiful, small hotel. We had plenty of space in our room and the bathroom was very spacious. It is close to the airport and the Air and Space Museum, as well as bus stops. It would be a nice place to stay after arriving at the airport and then taking the bus, or Uber to Paris attractions. It was much more comfortable and homey than where we stayed in Paris proper. The ladies working there were very helpful, and the breakfast...

"I was there it a very bad neighborhood people tried to get money from us in the parking lot very sketchy people and hitting the roof of our car when we refused. We informed Expedia and the staff the front desk was very rude about it. We did not stay, it was nasty in the parking lot I have never seen a Premiere hotel in such a dirty state. "This was my second stay at the Ray's Eiffel and I was not disappointed.The people are incredibly kind and accommodating. The room is not too small compared to most in Paris. The kitchenette is a great asset. Even though the area is touristy I like it very much and everything is very safe and convenient.There is a metro station( Ecole Militaire )close by. My special thanks go to Linda and Jeremy who are both helpful and sweet. I hope to return next year for a third stay. P.S. The welcome gifts...

"The hotel has all the basics. The staff are helpful and friendly. The lobby is updated and the rooms are basic. The rooms are modest and minimal. The towels weren’t changed during our stay. The safe did not work properly - which wasn’t great. The location is a little farther from the sites than I would have wanted. We spent more on uber and texts and clocked 17k in steps each day. I would recommend staying closer putting these funds into a Boutique hotel in an area you love. It will be worth...
