"The apartment was separate from the hotel, located in a lovely quiet higher end shopping area- much quieter than the actual port. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel when we checked out. Would have appreciated some body lotion in addition to shampoo. One gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful- the two young women were nice but not very knowlegeable"

"Room price was incredibly reasonable, so the buffet breakfast, while quite simple, was a huge bonus - tremendous value. Short walk from the rail and bus station, though sidewalks are a bit rough and there's a big flight of stairs just before arriving at the hotel. The local area didn't feel entirely comfortable in the hours of darkness, but there were several low-cost food outlets within half a mile. Room is simple, not spacious, and corresponds to the description on the Expedia website. I've...

"Charming "Frenchiness", well preserved building with tasteful interior design; not "boutiqued". Well located in a lively neighborhood, still a quiet register once in the hotel. The attached Café also deserves credit, as a complement to the hotel per se. I'll repeat the selection when in Marseille again."

"Was so pleasantly surprised that the room and everything else in it were so clean. No unsightly stains on the linen and bedsheets too. Actually everything looks v clean, from the business centre to the hotel interior and the gym. The staff received us warmly and helped with little requests during the 5 nights stay. Only a few min walk from the metro, will highly recommend. Would like more firmer pillow choices for the room though."

"What a fun and fabulous hotel! The staff was extremely helpful and bilingual, which was wonderful since my Spanish is a bit rusty. The location makes it easy to access all the sites in the historical part of the city. The old buildings and tunnels to access various parts of the hotel were stunning. The room was comfortable and updated with a spa shower. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sevilla."

"Nice room and building located well in the old port, but the lack of a lift up to the reception floor was tough with heavy suitcases after a long travel. The room was spacious enough and had an amazing view, however there was no fridge and no kettle. The air conditioning didn’t work. Staff were pleasant at check in and check out and the common area looked nice and clean also. Housekeeping cleaned our room / changed towels and bedding despite us only staying one night which was good to know...
