"When I choose that hotel in Expedia it said the breakfast was included and it wasn’t. Anyway I had to pay even the coffee that I drank for the coffee machine. The room didn’t have air conditioning. Breakfast expensive and the worst thing we did know that was not included. The room and the bathroom!!!!! Awful!!!! Please don’t send people there."

"We just stayed one night, but the staff (Matteo.. and I can’t recall the woman’s name) were so welcoming and helpful. Room as expected, small but comfortable and clean. Excellent location. Only negative would be thin walls so we could hear other doors opening and people talking, but not super late. It was really quiet overnight."

"The hotel is located in a beautiful area, walking distance to the metro and surrounded by great restaurants and bakeries. The staff were all fantastic, and the hotel's theme is worth experiencing, if you are interested in literature or not. "I was quite disappointed with my stay at this property. The AC in my room wasn't working properly, I had to make two calls to the front desk before someone came to check the issue. The technician claimed to fix the issue, however, the issue remained. Two night crappy sleep due to malfunctioning AC.
