What a shame for a 4-stars hotel

Not so good, this hotel isn't a four stars. So many details like degradations in the Spa ( peeling ceiling paint, rotten wooden sauna door frame, stained carpet in the hallways, jacuzzi too small with dirty steps) . There is no USB wall socket in the room, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The parking is too small, This requires paying for outdoor parking. Very bad experience...

The check-in was too late. We wait long time and the info was not accurated by the Reception. The room on the second day of the stay was not re-cleaned and do it only after our notice (we wait 30.minutes out of the room).

Tout était au top. Accueil superbe. Petites attentions car notre chambre n’était pas tout à fait prête. Propreté très bien. Espace détente super: piscine propre, sauna et hammam parfaites température et très beaux et fonctionnels, jacuzzi top également. L’accès au casino se fait direct depuis le hall d’hôtel. Parking gratuit et sécurisé. Je recommande à 100%! Merci

Besoins de rafraîchissement il y a pas d’épuisettes dans le hamam pour rafraîchir avec de l’eau le jacuzzi est très froid et la piscine aussi et pour la chambre nikel seule bémol c’est les rideaux trop haut donc pour les fermer complètement ces pas possible à part monter sur une chaise pour y accéder

Très bon rapport qualité prix, la chambre spacieuse, très propre, le grand plus du séjour c'est quand même le hamam, le sauna et la piscine pour 170€ à 2h de Paris pour 2 personnes + 1 enfant c'est quand même pal mal.... J'avais l'image du Havre industriel et vieillo et bien pas du tout, une ville propre avec des infrastructures modernes une ville accueillante !!! Ont reviendra!!!
