"Le logement était à la hauteur du descriptif seul bémol il y a pour le petit déjeuner des petites tasses à cafe et moyennes tasses ; il manquent des bols qui peuvent être utiles pour des céréales ou soupes....il n'y a pas de séche cheveux mural dans la salle de bain. L'établissement étant tout neuf cela aurait pu être pensé lors de la construction."

"The room was not clean when I arrived. There were many flies, mosquitoes and ants. I got 5-7 bites on my arm after one night of sleeping there that were suspected bed bugs. The workers at the front desk tried to convince me they were mosquito bites, but did end up moving me to a new room. The dining on site is convenient but the food was often left uncovered meaning flies were often roaming and landing on food. The staff was friendly overall but would probably not stay here again."

"We stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting Bordeaux. Having a fully-loaded car with roof box I was a little unsure about staying in the centre of Bordeaux so this seemed like a perfect alternative, which it was! The hotel is situated around the Expo centre so is mostly surrounded by other hotels or retail areas, however the tram stop is just a few minutes' walk away and from there you can be in the centre within twenty minutes. We didn't spend a great deal of time in the hotel...

"Voyage en famille. Pas convaincue par cet hôtel, pour plusieurs raisons : emplacement éloigné du centre ville (nous le savions mais n'avions pas réalisé la durée des transports), service pas au top (plusieurs oublis dont un room service, personnel pas toujours très disponible), promesses pas toujours tenues (nous devions avoir 2 chambres à proximité, ce qui n'a pas été le cas). Même la piscine n'est pas simple d'accès et l'eau était très froide (en plein été).

"Our room was clean and tidy and there was enough space for our luggage. The bed was large and really comfy and the shower was big too. The hotel is a <10min walk to the Metro station, so it’s easy to get into the city. One thing to note - the mirrors are not good for putting on makeup, so make sure you bring your own!"

"We were a group of 10 who had been traveling around the region and simply needed a great place to land before flying back home. This was perfect! We were warmly welcomed by Oriana and all of our rooms were clean and modern. We even had an impromptu get together in the courtyard and Oriana helped facilitate with glasses, plates, etc. In the morning Rene Louis and Leana were also very helpful. My only recommendation is to try and set up your airport taxi on your own. Since it's only 5 minutes away...
