"Nice B&B outside of town. Owner very pleasant and provided a wonderful breakfast. Nice location 35 minutes from Mont St. Michel. Nice stop for the night then just an hour drive to Normandy D-day beaches, sights and Airborne museum the next day."

Located 5 minutes walk from the train and bus station, the room was decorated with great care and was super comfortable and clean. "Local muito agradável, no campo, com ótimo atendimento do anfitrião. Quarto espaçoso com cama e sofá. Café da manhã simples e gostoso incluído na diária. O problema é a escada estreita para levar a mala até o quarto no andar de cima, mas o anfitrião nos ajudou."

"Wat een heerlijke plek! We werden hartelijk ontvangen en voelden ons meteen welkom. De kamer was erg ruim, schoon en perfect voor ons gezin van vier. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en met zorg bereid – een perfecte start van de dag! Wat ons vooral opviel, was hoe kindvriendelijk alles is. "What an unexpected treasure Château de La Ballue. I had booked this stay while touring the Normandy beach landings for just one night. What a shame we were only there for such a brief time. The home is charming and beautiful. The room was perfection and the grounds were such a surprise. I had no idea they were world class manicured gardens complete with a labyrinth!
