Tristan was a warm, friendly and accommodating host, essentially opening up his home to his guests, from food and drinks to recommendations for things to do. "L’endroit est magnifique mais les chambres pourraient être mieux entretenues, donjon d’accord mais cela pourrait être mieux entretenu. Dans l’ensemble c’est très bien mais quelques point à améliorer sur les chambres. Les restaurant gastronomique est très bon, vraie expérience culinaire, je recommande."
