"The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind, the location is very convenient and right near the metro. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again during my time in Paris!"

"Very kind and friendly host"

"This is such a special place! A little oasis tucked away where you'd least expect it. The garden gives a wonderful chance to retreat after a busy day in Paris, and indoors, it feels so comfortable and welcoming. The decor is beautiful, everything is clean, the beds are comfortable, the bath is luxurious. Breakfast is great, and vegans can be accommodated. The staff (we met Nina and Pearl) are helpful and we felt so at home here. Cannot wait to come back, and we will definitely recommend."

"Staff and property was amazing!"

"Toujours ravie de cet établissement (accueuil parfait, chambres top, excellent rapport qualité-prix), excellent petit-déjeuner et ambiance funky!"

"Nice staff at the front. Peaceful neighborhood."

Pessimos!"

"Booked three rooms here, under the impression that it was a typical apartment-hotel. Turns out it is an assisted living facility that books empty rooms to unsuspecting guests. The rooms are not looked after, there is dirt, grime, and hair everywhere you look, not to mention the smell. It smells like vinegar and sewage from the lobby all the way to the rooms. You have to sleep with a window open or it will over encumber you. The bathroom drains dont work well, so water will overflow everywhere...
