"The staff is great, room was clean and spacious Only downside was when they offered me an airport pickup for 450,000 when it is 3km away and a Grab taxi is only 63,000. If you are a tourist there is not much around there, either walk a lot or Grab taxi everywhere."

"I stayed there for 5 days last week as I needed to stay closer to the airport. This was the first time I used this place, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service. My first impression was not so good as we arrived close to midnight and the only clerk on the desk was non-English speaker. Nevertheless, there were no problems in getting across what I and teammates needed in terms of service. This is a 3~3.5 star hotel not 5. With that said, this place deserves good review!"
