The staff are amazing and very polite, helpful and kind, they have an amazing team from the front desk staff, kitchen and serving staff, house keeping and maintenance staff. The included breakfast supplied a wonderful array of hot and cold food and the complimentary afternoon was a cute get you through the afternoont tea. We will definitely stay here again if we venture to HCMC again. Well worth the very reasonable cost for our stay. "

"I took an upgrade offer to the newly renovated 'Salon' suites. It's similar to 'Club Room' level of service where you have a dedicated check in/out desk, but with a few more perks. Whilst I didn't need the extra perks, or the nicer room, it was cheap enough to go ahead anyway and I'm glad I did. The room was lovely, the service for anything needed felt 5*, and the process of checking in/out was so quick and easy. During our stay, Figo and Kaka (ex. global football stars) checked in for a night too. If it's good enough for them it's certainly good enough for me! "
