Staff was extremely helpful. I appreciate they showed such personable attention, even storing our suitcases for a couple hours. Love the coffee/expresso and water.

"This hotel States what it is. To convert an old office building into what is being used as a hotel right now is amazing. The only issue is the elevator took a lot of time to get it times, but I think a lot of that had to do with the 4th of July weekend. Your staff at that hotel is absolutely amazing and was so helpful."

"Great hotel only complaint I had was with housekeeping. They need to provide more towels and other than the first night there was no bath mat. Had to use a hand towel to step out into a cold slippery floor. Other than that had a great stay and would definitely return."

"Stayed three days, during July 4 extreme heat. Management has the air conditioner scheduled to turn off at set intervals such that the room was about 80 degrees for the first two days. After repeated complaints the system ran the last day to achieve desired reasonable temperature. The management saved a dollar or two on energy at the expense of my comfort. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
